We will carry out Control system design using MATLAB dialogues. MATLAB is an interpreted language. That is, it runs along executing each instruction as it comes to it. This interactive feature of MATLAB will be exploited in our design exercise. The designer will be in the loop.
The MATLAB SISO Design Tool, developed on the MATLAB dialogue pattern, is a powerful GUI tool wherein the designer is always in the design loop. We will outline this tool, with an example, at the end of this module.
