Professor Sanjeev K Aggarwal obtained his Ph.D. from IIT Kanpur in 1987 . His areas of research interest are: Grid Computing, High Performance Computing, Compilers for High Performance Architectures, Compiler Design, Code Optimization, Code Generation, Language and machine specifications, Compiler Generation from Specifications, and Application of Language Processing Technology in Tools for Software Engineering. His areas of teaching interest are courses on Grid Computing, Compiler Design, Compilers for High Performance Architectures, and Programming languages
